25 swings on the minute every minute for 5 minutes.
So just 10 minutes a day is all it takes... and if you don't have a Kettlebell, don't worry, you can still do it...use a dumbell or weightplate... or improvise...
If you have never done anything like this before, then it may not be a good place to start.
Is anyone else doing any new challenges??

Oooer, this looks good, although trying to swing a kettlebell and do a plank simultaneously might prove problematic, lol! Joking aside it’s a great idea, although I might have to reduce the numbers a bit. But something is better than nothing! Thanks Ju-Ju 👍😁
I think it could be done in any number you like... set a goal and then work out how many a day. in fact 5000 is doable too as its just 5 minutes a day which anyone can squeeze in...
As I have mentioned to you before I do have kettlebells, I bought a pair of 5Kilogram kettlebells a few years ago at Tesco when I was doing my weekly shopping, going home I thought the bag was going to burst with the weight of my provisions and the kettlebells as well, I will try your challenge if my back doesn't get sore as it did a few weeks ago, it's fine now.
great, do look after your back and make sure you are doing it correctly. I bet that shopping bag weighed a tonne, but at least you had the strength to carry it from all your training!!
My back is fine, I have started doing the challenge, 25 swings lasted around 35 seconds, so a 25-second break, I generally do the swings using both the kettlebells but sometimes the swing is on one arm, that I think is called 'a curl' but it's still a swing, it gives the non-exercise arm a slightly longer rest, or is that not allowed.
Good luck with it all. I won’t be joining you I’m afraid as last night I swung a kettle bell I pulled my back muscles and could hardly walk for 3 weeks. Ouch !!!!
I've never done anything like that, never even held a kettlebell, let alone swung or owned one. I think I would be wary of injuring my back. Maybe I'll wait til after my HM before giving it a go!
My daughter (24) asked last night what I was giving up for Lent. I replied, 'I'm giving up cooking dinner'. To which my daughter replied ' well, I'll not give up takeaways then' . Somehow our house hasn't quite got the hang of healthy I fear 😍
