Burpees... next time I say I’m doing them for a week can someone just shoot me?! In general my mental well-being is great, but I’m experiencing a little self hate for doing this to myself! Still, only a couple of sessions left and they’re doing me some good.

Hi just done my spare room into a little gym, treated myself to a very good cross trainer😁 so been doing an hour every other day on my cross trainer with the help of YouTube got a good class on there.
I am so glad that you are 😩"enjoying" 😩your burpees workout excersises this week UNM, I have seen demonstraton videos on YouTube, I think your recent push up excersise, which are part of a burpee excersise is easier than 10 burpees a minute.
Hats off to you for sticking with it, my brain sees burpees and just bursts out laughing and who are you kidding you want to do THAT. 😂😂😂. I have only tried them once and it did not end well, beached whale floundering around springs to mind 😀. Saying that they are so very good for you. Well done. Rfc x
I’m looking forward to avoiding them again... that’s keeping me going. The beauty of this just one thing pledge it it only lasts 7 days, I wouldn’t have wanted to do this for a monthly challenge.
Lol. I'm looking to refresh my training again. Was thinking of trying to add 1 session of small sprints/hiit. This would help with running etc. The only one I know is the agility and speed ones for football. Would you have any ideas.
