If so this post is for you. We want to help build up a post of alternative exercises for those that are injured but want to keep fit at the same time. We would like to have a catalogue of links to cover lots of different things. I know this will take time but I am going to leave the post pinned on the side so if you see something that could benefit others please pop a link below and we can help each other out in our times of need.

If you have a foot injury that necessitates no weight bearing, these may help you.
I'm currently in a boot with a stress fracture. No weight bearing, no impact for that foot. I have discovered Caroline Jordan on YouTube. She has a range of videos in her 'hurt foot fitness' series, different durations, different focus (cardio, mat, stretch, yoga etc.). She also has some foot strengthening routines (although I'm not at that stage yet). Just to give three examples that I have tried:
