After a great week on holiday, back to normal. Ran most mornings on holiday and it was amazing. 1st run this week this morning. Did do 2 gym sessions which where tough but hopefully back into full swing. Next 6 weeks will be tailored for me just to hit this final weight goal to round off a fantastic year and transformation.

No speed today and wasn't even thinking about it. All about just getting somthing done. Just made it in on time. Thunder and lighting now.

Good report from you, glad you enjoyed your holiday, with those thunderstorms in N Ireland I wonder how this mornings Parkruns will get on.

Send that thunder and lightning this way for about 6pm mate? Waiting for new shoes and will give them a little test before dinner.

Nice relaxed, just running, run... gotta love those. It’s gonna be great to hear you’ve hit that goal weight... a year soon passes, but it’s also a long time and keeping disciplined for a year takes some doing.
