Are you looking at the podcast one with Laura? If so they are assisted pull ups, they are not as bad as you think. I can’t do pull ups but I managed these. The problem I found with these was finding the right place to do them, but they are good.

Oh yes it was that thanks very much, I hadn’t found the videos or understood about assisted pull-ups. that looks easy, albeit I can’t think of anywhere to do it
That is the one action On The podcasts that has caused the most trouble. Everything else you can do easily. I ended up getting these (I got another brand) and I still use them.

Also some tried this as well it you have to be really careful and make sure everything is very stable to keep yourself safe.
Luckily they’re assisted as RFC said... not sure I’m ready for a full pull up yet, I wasn’t very good at them in my youth, I could only ever manage a handful.
