Off topic slightly but does anyone do a blog on how they're doing training wise etc. I'm thinking about it, I'm getting conscious of posting on social media etc. Just wondering how it helps you etc.

I thought about charting my running from day one and blogging it... then I figured I’d probably give it up in a couple of weeks so I didn’t.... and here I am a year later 😂😂
My name came about because I Built a website teaching people how to cook and posted lots of recipes. I then linked in a blog charting my couch to triathlon experience, then later another one just about my running. I still have a website but I use it for additions to these sites. I found blogging very hard work, I really admire the people who can write about the same training sessions and make each one sound so different.
The two that I have used were free, wordpress and tumblr. I looked for ones that have an app so everything can be done from an iPad or phone and published without having to get my laptop out. I wish I could build my website that way it would be so much easier 😀.
It is great to reread your own account later down the line and a fun way to keep a record. I have just had a reread of mine and it goes all the way back to 2014 and me doing the C25k. 😀
Hehe I have just had great time rereading all my posts. I might even reactivate my blog and go back to it. I had forgotten all about it. Thanks. Rfc x
