Had a weekend with the Bb this weekend. With being injured I didn't know what to expect. Tried a long walk which didn't go too well. Think I need flats and even ground for that. Sorta huffed a bit and had a big dirty pizza last night which I instantly regretted. Make things worse one of others leader's got up and done a run by the sea this morning. So in retaliation I done 10 press ups and 10 squats x8 times, so 80 of each. Feel slightly better but this being injured really sucks.
Walking I might just have to go slow at it.

Nice we workout 😂. Who am I kidding, I’d be floored after that! Hopefully that injury is healing well... but just keep doing what you’re doing and being patient, it’ll be worth it.
Physio this week so hopefully that will help. Decided I'm not doing anything out on the road with my cycling running or walking till I see him. All indoor stuff for me. Try and work On the stomach for holidays. That's my bad Weekend over. Next one could be in a couple weeks for the North West 200 Road racing. Although I'm hoping by then that I can either slow run cycle or even walk with pace to keep me active over that weekend.
Tomorrow brings probably fitness class in morning and pt in evening with whatever he has in mind lol
Fingers crossed for the physio... sensible decision to wait for that appointment too. Keep doing what you know is safe and maintaining the general fitness.
