As the egym induction got cancelled I found a back, neck and shoulder yoga session on Amazon prime video (who knew!)
I've never really done yoga before but many of the poses get used in other exercise classes so thought I'd give it a go. How hard can it be? Ha ha ha harder than I thought!
Goddess pose is an absolute killer on the inner thighs 😫
Feel better for it though. Despite Cat head butting and trampling me when doing the floor work at the end 🤣🤣🤣
Just had a look at that goddess pose on YouTube and tried it, yes it's a little challenging, not sure what the reaction of someone seeing me doing it would be!? 😂

Shame about the egym. Goddess pose is not friendly! I think I’d have to get fully into that one over a few sessions! Well done finding an alternative workout.
My furry friend tried to stop me cleaning the bathroom tonight! He settled on the bed eventually.

I often get stuck in a bridge when one of the cats decides to get underneath me and not move 😂😂😂. They do help in their own ways, glad you managed to get something done after the disappointment. Rfc x

There are videos of cats climbing on people during yoga, they are rather entertaining!
I think it might be a cat thing as my feline friend likes to get involved when I do yoga. He likes to lie right up close while I do floor stretches and sits on my chest when I do relaxation at the end.
