Roll on autumn!

Yesterday’s run was warm to say the least, but I’ve just come back from an hour’s brisk walk and had to jump under the shower. I’m pretty good on hydration, but I had to up my intake yesterday and I’m ahead of schedule today too.

Dumbbells and yoga later, may let it cool down a little and then do them in the garden, may give the neighbours a giggle, or maybe they’ll see that I can do it and so can they.

Why not do your exercises outside in the garden where the neighbours can see you, they will be a bit envious of you doing them while they sit in their living room on the couch watching Netflix.

When little miss UNM does her pads sessions 🥊 we take it outside, but apart from a couple of runs non of the neighbours have seen me do anything more strenuous than lifting a beer!

Is heavy heavier than a light beer?

Easter and a little miss’s 13th birthday... she wants to go for pizza... so I’m trying to work out just how many miles I’ll need to be running to work that one off... I could go small and a salad, but it’s just not me. Luckily I won’t be partaking in Easter treats as well.

Here’s hoping... last summer was not friendly, I did most of C25K early weeks after 9pm to avoid the heat!

I think what I really need is a home in New Zealand to move to around May and return in September! Fingers crossed for the lottery on Friday 😂

It will be 40 dégrée heat here before too long...i will have to get up at stupid o clock to avoid the worst...and the snakes...Nice on a beach but not for working and running.

Enjoy the pizza...an occasional treat is allowed and you do run it off.

Eek... 40 is around the 100F mark right? That kinda heat made me run really late last summer. Stupid o’clock alarms just aren’t me!

I usually make pizza with super thin bases at home, that’s probably not going to be an option tomorrow, so I’m thinking each slice will be like a full homemade one... so probably 5k per slice 😂

Same here, slimming World pizzas use weight watchers wraps as the base and they are amazing full of veg.

Sadly, though capsicum has been linked to fat burning, the chillies I put on will not burn the rest off 😂. I’ll be on veggie pizza with every chilli they have added and Tabasco sauce to add. I’m gonna try not to visualise a trail disappearing into the hills as I’m eating!

No, give yourself a day off...all the running you do you can surely afford that, then get back to healthy healthy healthy.

You’re right... I shall have a day off... apart from a little run tomorrow morning. Not been to a pizzeria in a long time, I’m going to over indulge and love doing it. Thank you.

That sounds like a plan to me, I like having days off, they become real treats and you get to savour every mouthful, 😀.

I had a few slices of pizza tonight as I done a pizza night for the. Last night of bb. It has knocked me over my coleries for the day. Haven't been over my daily calories since I started it in September and now I've done it twice in a week. Lol You know what I don't care as I do put in the effort to keep myself going. Back to normal tomorrow lol
