Was at pt last night and he introduced me to box jumping. This is so much fun. Flipping wrecks you but so much fun. I really got in to it and got annoyed when I missed one. My first jump was like an elephant lol. Apparently your meant to land gently

Oh what do you have to do? I’m no good at jumping. I see them ( young people) jumping from side to side of the workout benches while holding on, looked simple, it really wasent I couldn’t lift my feet off the floor at all, that and I am a rubbish skipper ☹️🤪.

He has a wooded box and you put it on its side for a certain height then roll over for another one. All you do is jump from ground onto top of box. I have seen them and I have trouble just getting my feet off the ground for a skipping rope, but it is on the to do list eventually, it actually is quite a difficult move muscles wise, if you don’t have the core Strength it is really hard.

I want to try these... pretty sure I can do it with a matchbox right now 😂. They look fun on TV though... now to find a box.

You would be surprised how far you can jump. I was. Also was surprised how much it worked your stomach. I'm hoping my dad could make one

Have to say it does look like it’s all leg work... but there’s a lot going on around the waist I guess. I’ll have a look at destroying a park bench sometime soon 😂

That's not a bad idea. Let me know what you think

Oh my, sounds very difficult!! Well done. I would need a bar/handle for support otherwise I think I would fall😕. I certainly would need to start off with a lower height!
