Monday was a 2km Walk and 3km run
Tuesday was a 2km Nordic Walk
Wednesday was a 2.5km Walk and a 1000 mtr swim
Thursday was 5km walk
Friday was a 5km run
Saturday was a long stretch session.
I am beginning to feel it a bit now which is why I am adding in stretch session. I think with this amount I should maybe look a a little stretching every day to help prevent injury.
Anyone else out the doing RED January?
