Ready for step 2

hi everyone, I'm ready 4 the next diagrams, did the 1st ones n took a while getting in the swing of things but I've got the hang of it now, I think/hope 🙆. Can I have step two of the seated exercises plz, thnx

Hi there, that is great news, well done. The next two involve using your legs, do you think you will be ok with that!? Did you stick with 10 seconds each exercise?
