Not sure what exercises you mean 'zeXas', however, regarding C25K, if you keep EXACTLY to the program, no shortcuts, you should graduate, in your case in 9 weeks time, if you are not sure about certain exercises, just look at a Youtube video, type in "Exercises for runners", that should help you with your runs.
