Sorry for being a bit behind last week. It was a bit manic in the Rfc household. The antibiotics didn’t work so it was an urgent referral to the breast care unit. It was just for a rash but the docs had warning bells going off. The good news it was a cyst and I am doing fine now so all back on track. Just a gentle reminder to everyone never just sit on things, only the doctors can tell if it needs further investigation . Have a great week. Rfc x.

I keep missing this post. I can now do 40 press ups... it’s not been 6 weeks, and I’m not at 50 (yet) but I’m getting pretty proud of myself... gimme 2 more weeks!

Glad to hear it was a false alarm and thar you’re back.

I wish, no pain then 😂. Having to be careful and taking rest days so the arms and shoulders heal.

A days rest & time for muscle tears to heal is the best..enjoy your rest days...they’re what make our working days happen..look after yourself UnfitNoMore x

Shall do. It’s fitting nicely, run one day and the next let my legs recover and hurt the arms, then switch 😂

good to hear it turned out to be a cyst and you are on the mend.

I am still doing my wall plank and still enjoying it (maybe it is too comfortable? :) ) I still can't support myself on the floor due to my broken foot but happy on the wall.

Strangely I seem to really enjoy leaning on the wall so it may not be as dedicated as it might seem, lol :)

Phew..a cyst?? Thank goodness???!!! Absolutely agree with you, anything & everything needs looking at..don’t think you’re wasting anyone’s time, just get seen to & find out what’s going on...I’m so relieved for you Realfoodieclub x

I'm now ill! :(

UTI for me and antibiotics ... no swimming ... some meditating, which is good. Mental strength and flex is essential right now.

Oh no, take care of you. I know the antibiotics can knock you off kilter a bit as well so take it steady and speedy recovery.

I’m trying my best..I ran 5k this morning & thank goodness my ankle is now more or less (touch wood) back to normal...I’ve been kind to myself & had a treat from my local running shop, just waiting for delivery & I cannot WAIT much longer...shall post a pic on here when my treat arrives x
