Second week of antibiotics and still benched a bit, I’ve been taking it steady so whatever needs to heal can. Just a few gentle walks for me this week.

I’m still here RFC...plodding...walked the dog 3 miles today, run tonight & Pilates tomorrow...all helps with this niggle in my ankle

Your doing really well, that’s great. I’m sure Pilates will help with that ankle and I bet your dog is loving the long walks 😀.

Swam today :) - and tried out my new speedos! I am a bit chubby for the shorts, whoops! They're nice though, they feel like they are good quality. Swim was much needed for stress relief. Must meditate later.

Hi, I'm still here - I managed to break a bone in my foot so I have reverted to doing the plank on the wall again as it puts less pressure on my toes/foot. I must admit I love the wall plank :) strange but true :)
