The six week Shake up revised week 3
Mixed bag for me last week. Managed to get near my goals then I was put in antibiotics. So missed a hoop session. I’m back at the docs on Wednesday so I’m cutting things back a bit until then but I will try to keep with my challenge rather than the swim, so strangely enough it might make it more manageable 😀.
Hi Realfoodieclub ...managed a couple of swims & a Pilates class last week so I’m aiming for the same this week too 😉
Have had to be flexible with my goals - couldn't fit a swim in at all last week and unless I get a lot more work done I don't think I have time this week (partly because the pool's hours are also restrictive!).
I have, however, been meditating! So that's my mental strength and flex goal being smashed - oh and a little 5.8K run too so ticking over there as well.
