Feeling positive for this week. I have a new training plan and life is quieter this week as far as stress is concerned. Both my cats had dental work last week and one had a problem coming round, so stress was high on the agenda.

I didn’t keep to all my goals but I kept enough to say I’m still in the game this time.

Hope you all managed this week as well.

Great that you are still in the game rfc! Aah, cats and their dental work. The one in my profile pic will need a tooth out one day. Glad yours have got through theirs now, such stress when there are problems!

I got through 30! Slow progress... my own fault as I’m not doing it daily... 36 is my best so far.

Slow is so much better than not at all and tends to stay around in our routines for longer so be pleased with your progress.
