Been doing the NHS Strength & Flex program on the days between my C25K runs. So I run on Mon, Wed, Fri and S&F on Tue, Thur, Sat. Sunday is a total rest day. I find that they work very well together. Completed W7R3 Friday morning [24/08/2018].
