Hi Janerees looks like your already doing well with the weight loss, keep doing gentle exercises like squats and knee bends they will help build up the leg muscles which will help with your rehab. You will not over exercise but do watch your pain levels

Hi. Well done on losing a stone and a half quite some achievement. Any more you can lose whilst waiting would be a bonus if you need to lose some more.

Some thing is always better than nothing. We are very lucky to have Rehab Tai Chi at my local leisure centre.

Could you try swimming, cycling? I was trying to think of things that would be low impact on your leg joints.

Not what you're looking for?
