Halfway through Lent already. My how time flies when you're having fun. And we are having fun, aren't we? I know I am. And now the HIIT element has kicked in the lbs are dropping off. Hurrah!

Hiya, I just saw a post you put on the healthy eating pages where you mentioned you'd gone keto from paleo.
Is there loads of meat on keto? I've been paleo for about 5 years and go keto for a few weeks in the spring but I'm not overly imaginative with it.
I love to cook and was thinking of going vegan with the price of decent meat being what it is but do you manage keto with a lot of variety?
