Day three

Exercise 3 routine

7 mins

1 minute of each exercise

( 30 seconds each side if needed)

Squats two or single legged

Calf raises

Back raises

Side lying leg raises

Close grip wall push-ups

Feel free to double up to 14 mins if you are feeling it today 😀.

Remember that pain is not acceptable. Push yourself but if it hurts stop.

I'm putting this on here because I have a really busy day today, but I will do these by the end of the day. I've said it now, I must do it 😀.

Did day 2 today for day 3. I really don't like any ab exercise where I lift my head off the floor. Try as I might I end up with headaches which is when I give up. So I substituted something else. Teamed up with a 2 km row.

That is great that you have found something that suits you, I have To be careful with ab stuff as I can pull the muscles just below my throat if I'm not too careful.
