I'm keeping up with my core work, I'm finding it hard to fit in more than one session a week that lasts around 45min. It seems the fitter I get the more I want to do other things than core 😀 Maybe one day I will really feel the love.
Regarding S&F, I'm ...not doing. But I've made a promise to myself over on the Couch to 5K that I'm going to do S&F tomorrow evening... so hopefully making these posts will serve to push me to do it! Need more stamina and general fitness and core strength (yoga shows up my weaknesses pretty well).
Good and timely question RFC! For reasons I don't quite understand, my daily 10 minute yoga practice, established in the wake of C25K in 2012 and rock solid, started to wobble... around the time Google was ill at the back end of 2016 but that doesn't explain the rest of it. I've not cracked how to get back... but funnily enough I made sure to do a practice on 1st September and have done one every day since.
I'd like to take some inspiration from you here! I need to establish a daily yoga practice, to improve my concentration. I did fit in S&F this eve, but really I would love to start every day with 15-30 minutes of yoga (depending on what else I am doing that day)... it's not much, I keep telling myself!
Mmm, not brilliantly 😖 trying to add extra stretches to my post run stretch routine but really should be doing something every day. Thanks for your motivating posts 😀
I'm a 63 yr old newbie and I've just done my second session for Week 1. I do S&F indoors as I'd feel a bit conspicuous in our local park and I can also check in the mirror that I'm properly balanced. Laura's really helpful and encouraging.
