Grade 3 ankle sprain

Morning all, my name is Duncan and I am recovering from a grade 3 sprain (also have a spider web break on my fibula). I am a skinny guy by nature and I was looking for advice from people on how to move forward with the injury. It's 1 week old and I'm back to the hospital Thursday when I think I'm getting the cast off and a black boot on.

Any advice appreciated.

Go with what the doctors tell you to do, it will take time for you to heal, don't rush anything.

I agree the best place to get advice is from the doctors who will be looking at your injury. Ask them what you can and can't do. Usualy they are more than happy to help and might even suggest some sort of rehab program. Good luck.
