Can we do certain exercises with out warm up??

For example leg raise, jumping jacks.. the idea is to do such exercises randomly outside the gym whenever I get time during busy schedule..

I would always make sure your body is ready for it as it can easily injure. All you have to do is stand still swinging your arms to the left and right raise your knees up as far as they will go and lift your arms above your head a few times and it will be in a better place to start. Then just do you mini workouts. Any workout is better than non, so if your fitting them in when you can that's a great idea.
