5 Minute wake up.

Can't see a specific forum for 5 minute wake up.

It does not say how many of each exercises to do.

Who do I contact for clarification or does someone on here know the answer please?

The stretch and flex set is finding muscles I didn't know I had, but working.

No running yet, want to get all these muscles and limbs freed up first.

Hi

It looks like each of the exercises mentions how many repetitions or breaths to take in the instructions for that exercise. Hope that helps.
