I am only on week 1 and just did the programme once. Doing C25K and on week 7 and was having some knee stiffness hoping to improve my legs generally. Since doing S&F, my knee feels so much better, no stiffness or pain and think it really helped. Going to do it on my run rest days. Thanks for that Laura, thought u were torturing me with it, but seems once again "you know best"!! Julie
