I would like to hear how other long term pain sufferers cope day to day and would love some tips on not letting it get the better of me when having a bad day.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much, I can't relate to what you are feeling, but I think you are the one who must answer to your question, writing down every day what you did to live with your pain and make the best of your day, a big hug from this side of the screen!

I can imagine what we feel when having the pain, really that day then becomes a bad day for us. But I would like to say that in order to reduce the pain, don't try for pain killers. Many people prefer for pain killers. It is not good for health. Other than this you would prefer for some home remedy.
