Well had my first symptoms in April this year ...in that time I've had continuous achy hands, puffy in the mornings, sometimes quite swollen...also stiff!!! Tried ibuprofen and paracetamol but still my hands continue to be puffy/swollen/stiff... I'm going to the drs on Monday and don't want to leave the surgery without a prescription!!! Am so fed up with how they are....can anyone suggest any treatments they have tried and how they worked/didn't work for you ...just want the swelling and stiffness to do one!!!!!!

Consider a homedics wax bath (you can get it on eBay for about £50). Deals with most of the symptoms, is relaxing and your hands feel fab afterwards!!
