I have developed Raynaund's and neuropathy as a result a result of Chemo. The pain and pressure on the bottom of my feet is one thing, but the swelling primarily in my toes, balls and heels make matters so much worse. Aside from keeping my feet elevated, is there ANYTHING else to reduce the swelling such as creams, prescriptions, homeopathic or herbal remedies? Also, any pain meds that don't make your mind swim and dulled?
Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Faihful, Im sorry but I can't be much help as I do not get any swelling with my Raynaud's. And for pain medication I take codiene based ones and they definetly make you woosy! I do visualization, which is a form of meditation to help me with pain management.
I have used Epsom salt mixed with water to help with swollen feet when I used to get hives, maybe that would help. I was also told that there are creams with it in them, but I have never seen it.
I hope you get some relief soon.
Hi Faithful. From experience I'd suggest going to see either your GP or your consultant with regards to the swelling. Best to get it checked out. If the swelling is inflammatory, they may be able to prescribe something to try and control it
