I am still at the relative early stages of my scleroderma journey and beginning to notice red patches on my scalp and feet that come and go - I am never to sure if this is disease related or medication side effects (mycophenolate & prednisolone). Currently I have some organ involvement and some hand ache. I just wondered if this was on anyone else’s symptom list and any tips on managing!
thanks all so much

Not sure if you already tried but I find aqueous cream good for skin it’s cheap & you can actually shower with it ( although be careful as can make things slippery) & I do simple hand exercises while watching tv to keep my hands as flexible as possible which helps to keep the pain at bay for me.
Hi - thanks so much for the response - I’ve just ordered the cream you have recommended - I do daily hand stretching same as you, when watching Tv - finding it increasingly more difficult due to aches in joints and wrists but I persevere- this disease can be so random sometimes- the human body is incredible and confounding all at once - thanks again for taking the time and being so thoughtful in your response - it really is appreciated. I hope your disease journey is going ok 😊
