Lumps of Hard Skin on fingers

I have suffered with Raynaulds for years since I was a young girl, and sometimes now too, just the other months I realised I am getting hard skin on my fingers for now reason and they are getting sore, what can be done about it ?

If you could upload some photos of the problem areas that would be helpful. I’m a podiatrist by trade and there are many reasons for hard skin but it’s impossible to tell without seeing it. It maybe frictional in origin or due to a skin disorder and all will present slightly differently.

Could it also be calcinosis? Hard to tell without seeing, but for a few years before my calcinosis became 'evident' (and before I'd even heard of the terms, let alone of Scleroderma', I would have called a patch on my index finger 'hard skin'.

You don’t say what your condition is or why you are fed up? How has the system let you down? Lots of us have been through this and maybe could help.
