Just with raynauds for now, all bloods are clear for underlying conditions. A matter of waiting for any developments, on amitriptyline for nerve pain

Hi Marie, I also have very frequent sharp pains especially in my finger tips. I noticed that my veins are much more visible on my hands too.

Hi agnbg0826! I have been diagnosed with limited systemic Scleroderma be GP after a positive ANA Test. However, my local rheumatologist is not that sure as he is looking for more physical symptoms like telangiectasia...I have no trust in him though because according to him fatigue has nothing to do with Scleroderma! I am waiting to be see at the Royal Free in London. Have you been diagnosed?

No, I don't have raynauds. I wish that I knew what was happening. I have sore veins in my hand but they say it's nothing. I have nerve pain as well and my joints ache

Why don't you ask your GP to do a blood test? You need to persevere with these doctors as they often try to make it sound like you are making it all up or you are complaining for no reason...

Last May I had an Ana positive for Lupus. They said not enough clinical symptoms to diagnose me. My mom had schleroderma and I am worried it might be that. I have to go tomorrow for blood tests again and a hand xray.

I had this !!! At the beginning , my hands were almost see through !! And very thin wrinkly skin! I believe it’s part of the tightening process as my hands are now very tight and thick xx

My doctor said the veins are nothing to worry about. Not sure what to think

MIne are like big fat worms. One doc said they were beautiful--obviously he meant for sticking needles in.they really disgust me but not anything I can do except try to cover them up-and that is not feasible.
