Iloprost & increase dead hands/pins and needles?

I’ve just had my 5 day iloprost infusion and have noticed that the week following this treatment I have an increased experience of my hands going dead like I’ve been lay on them for long periods where this is not the case. I understand they should have increase circulation but it seems like they are still as sensitive to the weather change symptoms but I can be sat on the sofa or lay on bed and it feels like I’ve been lay with my head on them for hours where I’m fact it’s around 15 minutes. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes I've got hands and feet that go dead. I'm waiting to see a vascular surgeon but I'm not sure they can do anything. I've ileoprost sessions but only for 6 hour sessions 1 day only. They are quite painful to walk on my feet when this happens

They never seemed this sensitive to going numb for small pressure periods before - not sure if it’s a side effect of the iloprost but I’m yet to see much benefit. Hope you aren’t waiting too long to see the vascular surgeon

I'm exactly the same I had mine done back in the spring and my circulation is definitely worse by far, will not be in any rush to repeat it was my only hope now I'm totally defeated and my nails are falling off my fingers can't even paint them my hands look a mess

May I suggest what helped me? I've lost several nails every year for many years but what has helped me is drinking a mug of kefir (preferably the culture rather than store bought) every day before my main meal. My hair and nails grow very quickly and are so strong. Doesn't cure the Raynaud's but gives great improvement to nails and hair health ..... naturally. The podiatrist remarked on how quickly and strongly they grow.

So thoughtful of you appreciate it. Sadly I'm dairy and gluten free,

I'm lactose intolerant too. When the milk goes through the culture it changes. See below:

Definitely worth Googling 😁

The bottom of my feet have also gone bright red and tight I am putting cream on them but it's getting painful to walk. I've put sheepskin insoles in my shoes and boots but doesn't help much. I also ride a horse and so am sitting and for no reason sometimes my feet go numb then .
