I have been suffering from raynauds for the last couple of years, and over the last two months I have been experiencing a pins and needles like sensation in both my lower legs.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so Is there anything that can be done to improve the feeling.
Thanks

Yes I experience the same although the legs is a fairly new one to me , diagnosed 25 years ago , was just hands and feet , now from the toes it seems to work itself up the legs and quite painful , seeing GP next week , expect my dosage of medication will increase ..
I have this too - it's been well over a year for me and my feet either burn or freeze - same with hands but no dramatic colour changes with either apart from toes go white. My ankles and legs ache with funny bone pain. Was told by GP it was Raynauds secondary to my RA - which seems to have vanished! But this pain for me is much worse and more invisible. Now I've been referred to a neurologist - see him end of November. My GP and rheumatologist both think it is a small fiber neuropathy. Keeps me up a lot at night.
thanks twitchytoes . never heard of Raynauds secondary so will google that. Its the legs , its starts working its way right up to over the knee now and very sore , kinda scary , GP off till next week so will see what she says. Im on 3 nifedipine daily and sadly no more relief from it , thankfully not something that keeps me up at night, blanket is kept on low , let me know how you get on in NOV
It started a few months ago with tingling in hands and legs but a couple days ago my left leg just went funny n burning it was crazy I was walking and had to stop because I didint no what was happening, my keen went all funny for around 40 mins. I have not seemed medical advice as doctors are useless
Do you use a mobile phone a lot? Or iPod ect? Just trying to narrow it down myself. My bf has touched my arm when I've been using the mobile and has felt a electric run through me to him ?? It's strange
Sorry to read of your discomfort. I have had pins and needles for ages. It was investigated and I was found to have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I was offered surgery but declined as it doesn't seem so desperate at the moment.
Taking Nefedipine tablets for Raynaud's seem to have helped to lessen the pins and needles somewhat.
Tell your doctor about it and ask if it can be investigated so you know for sure what the problem is.
