I have a similar thing in as much as my big toe on right foot appears to have something like a chilblain but underneath its numb....I know that sounds strange ...ALSO the next two toes feel numb(ish) I am on meds for Raynaud's but think my body has got used to them.

I think we should BOTH go to GP's and insist on something being checked.

Good luck

Oh dear kaz i have done the same thing this winter...I have some lovely big boots with quite rounded toes (so I can get thick socks inside) I have been literally tripping over my own feet! Thought it was just a clumsy phase...

It does not matter what your GP thinks, or you think he/she thinks. It's your body and you need to have it treated. See your GP.

I feel as if the bottoms of my feet have been painted with super glue. Then my left leg is alternating sensation of there and not there with the knee cap on fire. The right leg is mostly numb and the foot drops when I walk. That knee cap feels freezing. When the legs are not edematous, I wear my leg brace for the foot drop. BUT I PRAISE GOD I CAN WALK!!!!!

I have had this for years now and it's painful and frustrating. I take adalat from my Gp. I also use Arran Aromatic Lavender Foot cream. Takes all the numbness and pain away for a few hours. If there are no outlets selling this near you it can be bought online.

try Chilblain cream, use it several times a day, it is helping me a lot and I realised that not only keep your foot and hands warm is important, but your body as well, especially from inside - drink plenty herbal drinks, for me peppermint, nettle and lime work the best (but avoid black tee and coffee and caffeine generally), as well eat all sorts of fruits, mainly oranges, avocado, warm soup. I am against all medication, only I take is Aspirin when the pain is too much for me (only used 4 of them this winter), but with all mentioned above I am not suffering so badly like last three years ago. I learned my lesson to wear 2 size bigger boots with tick platform and plenty room for stockings and two warm socks. Too warm water does the worst damage. Avoid stress, if it is difficult for you than drink St.Johns Worth tea, which has got calming property. Picking up herbs is my hobby, I have many remedies, if you need get in touch-

My last and the most important advice is - avoid smoking and passive smoking.
