Different results with two blood tests anyone?

I was told by my GP I tested positive for Scleroderma and just saw a Rheumatologist last month. Of course she wanted to run her own tests because she swears that most of the first tests have false positives. Monday I got the results from her tests and they showed negative for Scleroderma and positive RA. She still doesn't want to give me a diagnoses because I have Telangiectasia running along my ribs across my body about two inches under my bra. It is spreading quickly and she says she's never seen it presented this way in any patient before. She wants me to see a dermatologist to see what they think. She says I have Raynaud's and that she wants me to go off my birth control because Estrogen is bad for Raynaud's. I am extremely fatigued to the point of just sheer nausea by the end of each day. I am having horrible headaches, I am gaining weight even with trying to exercise and watch what I eat and I am just overall not well!!

Can anyone weigh in with some feed back or maybe their experience?

My only suggestion if it is possible is to have a lie-down or nap middle of the day to re-charge. I find it makes a big difference to relax all the back muscles by lying down. Are your headaches from tense shoulders? The only time I get headaches are from that cause. Massaging sore spots in my neck and doing exercises to stretch neck and shoulders help.

I relax when possible. I also try for 30 mins to an hour of neck and shoulder massage each week along with Epsom baths. I have always had tension due to a broken neck when I was a teen. I have a rod in my neck from the neck fusion. I have always had issues with headaches. These day's it's hard to tell the difference of what the cause of each headache is as they are always different it seems. :-/
