I feel electric flow throughout my body

I am a Buddist I started meditation about 2 years back. While doing meditation I feel some electrical effect throughout my body. Some wawes are very strong. It disturbs my meditation too. When I discuss with some people they say just ignore and go ahead. I also expect some solutions.

Interesting. Although, I may not can say mine are electrical, your comment makes me aware of what for years I have considered as spiritual confirmations that whatever I was receiving was the Truth. They appear as a rush from my legs upward, some more intense than others wherein I may get goosebumps on my arms. I'm curious now if any of this sounds similar to your electrical feeling.
