I’m starting to get severe stiffness and pain in my knees and feet more so in the morning and night. If I wake up in the night I can hardly walk. My legs and hands feel so stiff and tight. Will hydrochloroquine help with this?

Hello! The medication you are talking about *can* help. However, its one of those that takes MONTHS to make any noticeable difference. I've been on it almost 6 months now and get some relief, so I also take ibuprofen during the bad flare ups and together they seen to do really well for me.
