Ask your doctor if you can take OTC Zantac for the burping, and if RX amlodophine would help with your Raynaud for fingertips. Also ask if daily massaging your hands from fingertips up to wrist is ok. For forearms, try Topricin pain relief cream. It completely remedied that problem for me. Feel better soon. Try not to stress as much as possible, it triggers flare ups. I also take Digestive Advantage Probiotic gummies everyday for my tummy. I don’t know if this would help the burping, as well.
