Hot water bottle is my new best friend

So...I’ve found that permanently having my poorly hand on a hot water bottle really works, it comes everywhere with me, bed, sofa, mums house and now even around the town centre on shopping trips.

Obviously the water goes cold after so long which is easy to sort at home but not so easy half way through a day out.

I have found my solution.... on amazon they sell an electric hot water bottle, no water needed, simply plug in for 20 minutes, and you get 6 hours of 65-70 degrees C of heat, for £14.99, once it’s charged you unplug it and you can take it anywhere, it’s like a hand snood, just thought I’d share this for anyone who is struggling outside like me and finding gloves useless xxx

Just thought I’d tell you about hot wheat packs, also available on Amazon but Superdrug sell at £3.49. It’s like a long item that you microwave for 90 secs, it’s amazing and no wires!
