Hello, my blood results came back today it was positive Ana 1:40 homogenous. 8 months ago it was 1:80 homogenous. Which one is worse

Those were mine too. I believe the 1:80 is slightly worse but they both are low. After a brief bout of tingling in my arms and legs, and losing about 15 lbs in a week, everything just went away in about 3 months. Too bad the the weight came back though. That was 6 years and no symptoms of anything else ever came back. Are you having problems?
Your new one is much better, it's more of an equivocal result, so not much to worry about. Mine is 1:2560
Yes have had scleroderma for years. Have PBC, sjogrens and hypothyroidism all with their antibodies. I also have anti smith antibody and low c3, although they didn't tell me the actual number. These are more commonly seen in lupus, although I don't have symptoms- yet!
