For years I’ve suffered with fatigue, underactive thyroid, raynauds.
I’ve got osteoarthritis in my right knee and a bulging disc in my thoracic spine which is huge! (And inoperable)
I suffer with terrible brain fog, pain in my arms (burning in my forearm), pain in neck and shoulders, feel like I am walking on marbles, and have developed a small lump on my thumb knuckle.
I have a very borderline scl-70 reading of 0.9
My immunologist said he thought it might be scleroderma but now changed his mind? I’m seeing a rhumatologist next week but worried sick! It could also be fibro?
Any thoughts?

This all sounds most uncomfortable and distressing, but you are right to be looking for a diagnosis even if not all the symptoms are accounted for.
Try putting your energy into preparing for the consultation, make a list of current symptoms, background history, questions, and give a copy to the doctor. There may have to be more investigations before there are answers, but you could ask 'What could I do now that might help?'.
Hi thanks for replying! I’ve just come away from consultant and he said it is chronic regional pain syndrome! I have been worried sick it was scleroderma! Thanks again
