My knees are on fire!!

Hi all

This is a pic of my knees that is causing me great pain again,they just burn and my legs feel like lead weights

Does anyone get the same thing, or know what this could be,I am diagnosed with secondary raynauds

Yes yes yes I get exactly the same thing they kill me. So hot and achy. Think it’s too much blood. Think it’s called erythromelalgia
