cold knees: anybody suffer with the... - Scleroderma & Ray...
cold knees
Legs always feel as though in a draught.....thought it was just me..
Do you not keep your legs well covered like you do with your hands and feet? I have been wearing at least two pairs of woolly leggings throughout the Winter to go with the two(sometimes 3) pairs of socks! It's any extremities really, Just need a little woolly hat for my nose now!!!
Haha.....got a visual on this! SandraMarie.....would an egg cosy be of any use? Seriously , yes i do sit with a blanket round my legs and tights/leggings and trousers when out!etc etc. However where I live there sre signs of spring which helps a bit. The only time I get any relief for any reasonable time is when I'm somewhere really hot like the Canaries! And even then I have been known to have an attack!
Ooh, lucky you ! It is an ongoing problem, trying new things, creativity is definitely the order of the day!! I'm off to attach some elastic to my egg cosy!!!
HAHAHA - I love the thought of an egg cosy on my nose - especially if its red
RED NOSE DAY !!!!!
my knees always seem to go blue at temprature changes like my hands - if i am lucky enough for it to be warm enough for shorts (chances will be a fine thing) i always wear long shorts to cover up my blue knees - i dont think you can get raynauds in your knees i think im just odd but maybe not?
i am also with you on the cold nose thing i often took my hand warmers out of my ski gloves and put them on my nose when outside for a quick blast of heat - boy was i getting some odd looks lol. fortunatly my nose seems to be getting over its cold phase in the past couple of weeks lets hope it forgets about it and stays warmish. .
thermal long johns dont do a lot with my knees and its not so much my nose its my ears as i have short hair and i cannot wear ear coverings all the time.
