Hi - your question about "blackouts" - my husband says it's as though I have been switched off. I simply stop what I am doing (including mid-sentence) and then, after a brief period, just carry on as though nothing has happened - then I notice the time slip. The other type I have is that I suddenly find myself elsewhere in the room with no idea of how I got there. All my life I've tended to do "the switch off" thing. Since I was diagnosed with Primary Raynaud's it has got worse and it is on our "how to identify and treat a Raynaud's attack" info for Care Workers as being an indication that I am at risk of/am starting a Raynaud's attack. The second type of blackout happens if I have not been sleeping properly for a few days, it started a few years ago, only happens occasionally -thankfully - and I think is probably to do with hormonal changes as it has not happened now for some months (and neither have my periods). Hope you get things on a more even footing soon, N

Hi there, I alway use those 8 hour hand warmers in my mittens, it does help but you can't doing anything with them on lol. If you you other gloves it doesn't warm your fingers . Best put gloves under mittens with hand warmer. Doesn't stop attacks but I find it helps with the pain.
