hemorrhoids with scleroderma limited one

Had scleroderma for 10 years suffer with calcinosis on hands just been put on nifedipine for better circulation xxxhaving problems with bleeding hemoroids when I go to toilet xx. Tried creams and witch hazel but antibiotics only thing that heals the tissue xx can anyone recommend anything that will help sorry to discuss this topic wondered if anybody experienced these problems with thin tissues thank you any help appreciated .

I tried them they are really good and I know this is prob tmi but the seemed to “shift” things along . I also bought some cheap haemorrhoids cream from Asda to rub on and that was quite soothing too x

Do you get tesmus too where you go then have to go again about half hour later ? Get it mainly in morning . Don’t get me started on 💩 chat I’ll end up crashing the system 😉. Defo under discussed ! X

yes I get that too because think piles dropped down tissue thin hence causing bleeding the only thing that helps repair tissue is my antibiotic I take for my hands help my piles xxxseem healing oils can help repair the tissue might order some to tryxxx thank you for your help xxx
