Experiences with

Epoprostenol

I have tried and been on a combination of Methotrexate, mycophenolate, hydroxychloroquin (maximum dose), prednisolone, IV Epoprostenol infusion, amlopodene, sildenafil (maximum dose) and currently cannabis oil. I have yet to find an effective medication that combats all of the symptoms.

Hey I have just had my first 3 sessions of Epoprostenol infusions last week I know the side effects while your getting the infusion,, but the question is has anyone had Sickly feeling, Headaches, Drowsy, just generally urgh for a couple of days afterwards, has anyone else had this??

After Epoprostenol (Folan) infusions you still experience the same symptoms as before and if so what were you given to help? Any tips on numb hands, I`ve tried using gloves to keep my hands warm but they don't work hands are just as cold without.

Does anyone have the epoprostenol infusion? When do you begin to see improvements? How long does the infusion last for?
