Has anyone else tried homeopathy for their Raynaulds. I find that two or three drops of liquid Ferrum Phosphoricum mixed it with some cream and rubbed on the hands is a great circulation booster, especially at the end of a bad day. Just wondered if anyone else has tried anything like that.

Homeopathic treatment
Hi Emmielu, haven't tried this but did have some homeopathic treatment when I first was diagnosed but it didn't help me a lot. Did you get the Ferrum Phosphoricum from a homeopathic doctor or can you buy it online. My hands are so bad at the moment that I am happy to try anything.
I'm in the States and I don't know about availability in England....here you can get them at a natural foods store, and there are numerous places where you can buy it online. Consulting a doctor would probably be best, especially if you have never used homeopathics. But if you do decide to try it, be sure to use only two or three drops at first. I accidentally used six once, and a few minutes later my hands were bright red. It worked, but perhaps a little to well!
I take my regular medication as well as homeopathic meds. Regular medication, while it is good to help with your symptoms, it also affects other areas in your body in a negative way. I take the homeopathy to counter effect this. Since I started taking it I´ve been doing better than ever! I take a lot of different things for each of my symptoms, but especially for my lungs (since i have fibrosis), my heart (for my arrhythmia) and the elasticity of my skin, muscles, tendons, organs. I´ve been doing soon much better, I highly recommend homeopathy. BUT, you have to be patient and very consistent as it takes some time before you start to notice it, it works slowly t the beginning until your body gets used to it. Healthy hugs coming your way! Maria
Thank you both for this info. I will research finding a good homeopathic doctor in my area. Healing hugs to you both xxx
