Hello I suffer with limited systemic sclerosis (CREST) and the Raynauds associated with it is becoming unbearable. I have been taking high dose vitamins C and E and GLA for a year now but no improvement. Does anyone else have a similar experience and can share what has helped them please?

Treatment for Raynauds?
Hi Annie M - Is natural remedies you prefer to take? ALi Wx
Yes if possible. Don't like the sound of the side effects of calcium channel blockers as I already suffer with fatigue and digestive problems from scleroderma. Thanks
Hi Annie M
I have Crest with Raynaud's, I know that some sufferers of Raynaud's cannot tolerate Nifipedine, I take 10mg slow release version and found that it helps, took about a week to get used to it then I felt the benefit. You could try the Med it may work for you. Hope that you soon find some relief from this disease.
Best wishes

Ginkgo Biloba might be worth considering. Bear in mind it also thins the blood if you are already taking any other anti-coagulants.
Thanks everyone. I will look into those suggestions and report back
Join the club. Do you see a rheumatologist? I have regular Iloprost to dilate my blood vessels. You need medical advice I think.
