Itchy red legs/ Raynauds

Hi I have Raynaud's, get pains when it's cold or when i'm stressed/ red, blue white hands quite often... and have been getting really itchy bright red legs when I walk. I just wondered if anyone else gets itchy and red legs? I thought it was just hands and feet raynaud's affected?

Not sure if it is connected but I do have a lot of eczema all over my body, or sometimes just itchy red patches....? I have severe Raynaud's in my feet and occasionally my arms and legs get like that.

They called it that with me. Short story it's broken blood vessels my Rhem doc said. They've gotten worse😪

yeah i have had a couple of chilblains in my feet, it's just bothering me and puts me off walking now i know i need to exercise though. do you exercise much?

You may have more than Raynaud's perhaps. See your rheumatologist and get tested. I put cream on mine.

I have CREST and certainly get the itchy skin,if you use a good lotion and an antihistimine,I use Claritin, it really helps.

thanks for replying, how do you get to see a rheumatologist? do i have to go to my doctor to get referred?
